Phil is a skilled finance professional with over 30 years’ experience in banking, business consulting, and finance broking – mostly in the commercial/development space. Phil has worked in most areas of the banking and finance spectrum both in New Zealand and in Singapore where he gained unique experience in every aspect of funding and finance management. He is highly respected for his professionalism and his commitment to his clients. Phil’s particular interest in financial work with property transactions is notable for a range of multi-million dollar commercial investment property transactions in various cities; along with wide variety of property development/re-development transactions ranging from residential subdivisions of 1,000 sections through to re-development of heritage properties from the 1890’s. Re-developing older buildings requires creative and innovative thought – something that applies equally to design and to financing of these projects. The opportunity to bring an older building back to life and to contribute to communities through these projects is something that Phil is passionate about.
